Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrival at Cochin International Airport/Railway station - Munnar

Arrival at Cochin Airport/Railway Station. Meet our representative and proceed to your hotel in Munnar, popularly known as the “Tea Garden Hill Station of Kerala.”

En route, visit the Vallara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, followed by Blossom Garden.

In the evening, enjoy the serene beauty of Munnar’s lush tea gardens.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing

Sightseeing in Munnar: Begin your day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park (15 km) to see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. (Note: The park remains closed from 21st January to 15th April during the breeding season.) Proceed to the Tea Museum (3 km) and Tea Factory (closed on Mondays and Good Friday). Continue your sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam (13 km) and the scenic Kundala Lake (28 km). Overnight stay at the hotel. Note: For visiting Eravikulam National Park, advance ticket booking is available at the Wildlife Division Office, near Panchayat Office, Munnar Town. Day 3: Munnar - Thekkady

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is truly a paradise for nature lovers, offering beautiful landscapes and rich wildlife. The region is especially famous for its spice plantations, making it a wonderful place to explore the natural aroma and beauty of Kerala’s spices. Enjoy a spice plantation tour, where you can see a wide variety of spices such as cardamom, pepper, tea, coffee, cloves, ginger, turmeric, cumin seeds, and more. In the evening, you may opt for a boating experience at Periyar Lake (own arrangement). Note: It is recommended to book boating tickets online in advance to avoid last-minute rush. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Thekkady - Alappuzha

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey, famously known as the “Venice of India” for its beautiful network of winding waterways and canals. Alleppey is an important commercial town, known for manufacturing and exporting coir products and black pepper. Enjoy the scenic charm of Kerala as you explore lush paddy fields, narrow canals, traditional coir villages, and the peaceful backwaters. Overnight stay at the hotel/houseboat.

Day 5: Alappuzha - Kovalam

Post breakfast, check out from the houseboat/hotel and proceed towards Kovalam. Kovalam is breathtakingly beautiful — a true haven of peace and tranquility, and one of the most idyllic tourist destinations in God’s Own Country. Kovalam offers a wonderful variety of beaches to suit every mood and occasion. Visit the scenic Lighthouse Beach and the serene Hawah Beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Kovalam -Trivandrum-Kovalam (Day Excursion of Trivandrum)

Proceed for sightseeing in Trivandrum. Begin with a visit to the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple (16 km), a magnificent 16th-century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Continue to the Trivandrum Zoo, Sree Chitra Art Gallery, and the Napier Museum (16 km). (Napier Museum is closed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Government holidays. Visiting hours: 1:00 PM to 4:45 PM.) You may also visit the Science and Technology Museum (Closed on Mondays). In the evening, relax and enjoy a peaceful sunset at the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Departure Transfer from Trivandrum
