All prices displayed on the Breeze And Beyond Tourism platform are subject to supplier reconfirmation and availability at the time of booking. Rates are not valid during any event, exhibition, blackout date, or festival. For night transfers (typically between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM), a night surcharge (Driver Bata) will apply: Sedan – INR 250, Innova/Ertiga – INR 300, and Winger/Tempo Traveller/Mini Coach – INR 500. Rates are applicable only for hotels located in Baga, Candolim, Calangute, and Arpora; additional charges may apply for hotels outside these areas. Driver contact details will be shared in the evening, one day prior to arrival. Arrival ticket details must be provided at least 24 hours before arrival. Guests are advised to keep their mobile number active and reachable upon arrival (international roaming or a local SIM is recommended). Any flight delay exceeding one hour must be informed in advance to avoid no-show charges. If the driver cannot be located upon arrival, please contact the emergency support number provided in the booking confirmation immediately. Vehicle allocation will be based on the number of passengers and luggage; oversized baggage may require a vehicle upgrade. Transfers are valid for point-to-point travel only, and any additional stops must be pre-arranged or will incur extra charges. In case of missed connections or last-minute cancellations, standard cancellation policies will apply unless otherwise specified. All transfers are non-refundable in case of a no-show or failure to inform the operator in time.
